■ OFF-SITE CAMPER POLICY
To help accommodate more students, we are offering an additional option: the Off-Site Camper experience. This allows students to participate fully in camp while staying off-campus with a parent or legal guardian.
Cost: $185 per student
1. Housing
Students may attend Youth Camp while staying off-site with a parent or legaL guardian.
Families are responsible for securing their own housing (hotel, Airbnb,VRBO, or commuting from home). Wisconsin Youth Ministries (WYM) is not involved in off-site housing arrangements.
2. Daily Check-In & Check-Out
Students must be checked in daily between 8:00–8:30 AM and checked out between 12:00–12:30 AM.
Late drop-off or pick-up may require additional supervision and could jeopardize continued participation in the off-site camper program.
3. Authorized Check-In/Out
All student check-ins and check-outs must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. No exceptions will be made.
A valid photo ID is required each day, and parents or legal guardians must sign their student in and out with the security team.
4. Closed Campus Policy
Camp operates as a closed campus. Students may not leave during the day unless there is an emergency and they are checked out by a parent or legal guardian.
5. Transportation & Off-Campus Responsibility
Wisconsin Youth Ministries is not responsible for students while they are off-campus.
All transportation to and from camp is the sole responsibility of the parent or legal guardian.
6. Camp Experience
Off-site campers will have full access to camp activities, including meals, services, canteen, recreation, and Tribe Wars.
7. Medical Responsibility
Parents/guardians are responsible for all medical needs and medications outside of camp hours.
During camp hours, students will be covered under standard camp medical and emergency procedures.
8. Behavior & Expectations
While on campus, off-site campers are expected to follow all camp rules and policies.
OFF-site campers are required to wear a designated wristband at all times for identification purposes.
Failure to comply may result in dismissal from camp without a refund.
9. What To Bring
Students are responsible for bringing all clothing (rec, late night & dress clothes), toiletries, and personal items needed for the entire day, including services and activities.
WYM will provide a designated storage area for personal belongings.
10. Refund Policy
Off-site camper registration is a flat, non-refundable fee.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or dismissals due to policy violations.
■ ONE CAMP
We are beyond excited to move to one unified youth camp!
For the past few years, we’ve hosted two separate camps—one for junior high and one for senior high. While that model offered some advantages, it also presented a number of challenges.
Now, we have the opportunity to bring everyone back together into a single, powerful camp experience—and we couldn’t be more excited about it!
what does this mean?
new dates: june 22nd-26th
ONE CAMP FOR AGES 12-18
longer camp! (Now 4 nights, instead of 3!)
8 services, instead of 6!
more time for students to worship, connect with god, make friends, and have fun!
less taxing on all of our staff and volunteers.
registration:
registration will open may 1st and close may 31st.
cost will be $185 per student.
we will offer a $35 discount for every additional sibling.
it is LIKELY that youth camp will sell out this year, so please make sure you are ready to register as soon as possible.
